Massage Cupping
Is a modern adaptation of the ancient art of cupping therapy. By creating suction and negative pressure, cupping is used to drain excess fluids, toxins, loosen adhesions, lift connective tissue, increase blood flow in muscles and stimulates the peripheral nervous system. Far Infrared Sauna
Far Infrared Sauna Therapy is a new healing modality. Briefly it works with an invisible band of light that warms you without warming the air around you, allowing beneficial heat with out the extremely high temperatures of a traditional Sauna. It’s health benefits are many. The Far Infrared Sauna improves your cardiovascular system, strengthens your immune system, provides detoxification, benefits the skin (excellent for eczema, psoriasis, etc.), helps remove cellulite and increases metabolism (weight loss). Meal Planning
Meal Plans are to help manage weight, control blood sugars, blood pressure, lower cholesterol, and achieve overall wellness. You will obtain personal healthy eating plan, guidelines for making healthy choices while incorporating your favorite foods, recipe tips and more. 60 min $100
Eating Out
Session provides guidelines for eating out - restaurant and menu selection, ordering food to fit your meal plan plus fast food guide. 60 min $80
Food Label Reading

Acupuncture Services
Acupuncture therapy is effective in treating a myriad of physical and psycho emotional complaints. Starting from the patient’s individual constitutional base the practitioner will assess the most effective therapeutic path to address the patients health concerns. Single use sterilized needles are always used and clean needle protocol followed. Electro stimulation and or Far Infrared heat therapy may be incorporated into the treatment if appropriate. Dr. Burklee presents cutting edge information in a fashion that is interesting and keeps your attention. A manual is presented with each class for following the instructor and making personal notes for their own future reference. Classes are two hours long, done at your facility or at a remote location upon request. They are fast paced and to the point minimizing the time your employee is away. 120 min $250/person
